The Company has received Income Tax Refund Order from the Office of Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Cir-3(1)1) Bengaluru vide F.No. ITAT OGE/DCIT/C-3(1)(1)/2022-23 dated 30.11.2022 (received today) u/s 254 of the Income Tax Act-1961 for the Assessment Yeas 2011-12. The said order was passed allowing R&D Expenditure of Rs.595.23 Crs as capital expenditure, resulting in refund of Rs.427.45 Crs. The said refund includes interest of Rs.176.93 Crs.
