KPI Green Energy Limited has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. November 30, 2022, inter alia has recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) bonus equity share against 1 (one) existing equity shares, subject to approval of the shareholders. The outcome of the meeting is attached herewith.
