Dear Sir(s)/Madam, This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on September 6, 2022, have considered and approved, enhancing the production capacity of Vacuum Interrupters & Vacuum Circuit Breakers by setting up a manufacturing unit in Kolkata, subject to requisite approvals, as may be required. In reference to the above, the required details, in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations are as per the attached letter
