This volume and price spike coincided with an SMS blast sent out asking people to buy stocks of the company, claiming that the stock would hit a target of Rs. 101 resulting in net gains. The company reported Rs. 0 of profits in its last quarter, and Rs. 0.08 crore in operating income. This may be a case of buyer beware.
