This is to inform all the stakeholders of the Company that the Company has paid the entire Annual Listing Fees along with Interest to the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed. Further as per the records of the Company there are no dues payable by the Company to the Stock exchanges. Since there are no dues payable by the company, we have requested the Stock Exchanges to resume regular trading in the script of the Company and remove the phrase "Company has not paid Annual Listing Fees and is in violation of SEBI & Exchange Regulations' appearing on the Stock Exchange website.
