We write to advise in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that Wimco Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 29th July, 2021, consequent to reduction of equity share capital of that company becoming effective upon receipt of necessary approvals.
