In compliance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that, Shri Rajendra Arlekar, Independent Director, (DIN-08518169) has resigned as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 11th July 2021 due to his appointment as Governor of the State of Himachal Pradesh. Copy of the resignation letter is attached as Annexure - I. It may further be noted that Shri Arlekar has confirmed that there are no reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in the attached letter. The above is for information and record please.
