Further to our announcement dated September 22, 2020 on proposed acquisition of 40% stake from Dr. Huseyin Aydin in Provet through Alivira Animal Health Limited, Ireland, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, we would like to inform you that the said transaction has been completed.
