Reference is made to our letter dated 9th July, 2020 advising that the Company has incorporated a company in the name of 'ITC IndiVision Limited' ('IIVL'). We now write to advise that the Company has today subscribed to 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of IIVL, aggregating Rs. 1 crore. Consequently, IIVL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from today i.e. 29th July, 2020.
