This is with reference to our letter dated 3rd January, 2019 regarding winning of Distribution franchisee for distribution of electricity in Shil, Mumbra & Kalwa (SMK) sub-divisions under Thane Urban Circle, Maharashtra. Based on the Letter of Intent and Distribution franchisee agreement entered into with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL), MSEDCL has handed over the SMK area and its operations to the Company on 1st March, 2020 at 00.00 hrs.
