This is to inform that Hon'ble Bombay High Court vide its Order dated 10.01.2020 (uploaded on 15.01.2020) has directed 'Man Industries (India) Limited' (MIIL) to consult the Board of Management of 'Man Infraprojects Limited' (MIPL) for fixing the Record Date in terms of clause 1.10 of the captioned scheme sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court on 20th March, 2015 and decide the Record Date for the purpose of allotment of free shares by MIPL, in the ratio of 1:1 to all the shareholders of MIIL whose names will be appearing in the list of shareholders as on Record Date. We request you to please take the above on record. Next date of hearing has been fixed on 3rd February 2020. This may be treated as compliance under Regulation 30 and other application regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015.
