With reference to our earlier letter dated 13th March, 2019, we would like to inform you that the equity shares of Bank shall be issued to eligible employees under Bank of Maharashtra - Employee Share Purchase Scheme at a discount of 20% of the average of weekly high and low of the Volume Weighted Average Prices of the equity shares of Bank quoted on the Stock exchange i.e. NSE during the two weeks preceding the date on which the Committee fixed the Offer/ Purchase Price i.e. 13th March, 2019. Accordingly, the issue price will be Rs.10.54 per equity share. Further, the ESPS issue of Bank shall commence from Monday, 18th March, 2019. This is for your information.
