This is to inform that the name of share transfer agent of the Company has changed from Zuari Finserv Private Limited to Zuari Finserv Limited vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 6, 2018 issued by Registrar of Companies, Goa consequent upon conversion from private company to public company. The address and contact details of the share transfer agent shall remain the same.
