The Hindu Business Line published a news item today, saying that Cosmo Films is intending to raise Rs. 150 crore in funds via QIP. Cosmo Films has now clarified to the BSE that the news item is incorrect, and said that it could not explain the share price shifts on March 26. Hindu Business Line had quoted "an investment banker involved with the deal."
