IRB InvIT Trust, a registered infrastructure investment trust under the InvIT Regulations. It primarily intend to own, operate and maintain a portfolio of six toll-road assets in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
