Vanguard Fund bets big on RBL Bank, Apollo Hospitals, JustDial

The Vanguard Fund has been ramping up its investments in India, with its net worth climbing steadily over the past quarters. The organization now has over Rs. 32,200 crore invested publicly in Indian stocks. It's new bets include RBL Bank, where it has put in Rs. 655 crore, Apollo Hospitals and Balrampur Chini Mills, where it has invested Rs. 171 crore and Rs. 36 crore respectively.

Vanguard has also ramped up investments in JustDial (+1.22% to Rs. 105 crore), Crompton Greaves Consumer (+1.05% to Rs. 320 crore) and HDIL (+1.09% to 22.7 crore) and 10 other stocks.

Vanguard Fund expands its investments in NCC, Bharat Financial, UPL

The investment company Vanguard Fund has upped its portfolio in India, increasing its stake so far in ten companies, including Zee Entertainment, NCC Limited, HDFC, Bharat Financial Inclusion, and others. The company's investments in India in the latest quarter approximate to around Rs. 30,900 crore.

The Vanguard Fund buys up RBL Bank, Castrol India and others in multiple bulk deals

The large US based Vanguard Fund has invested in multiple Indian stocks via significant bulk deals (subscribers would have received the alert the same day this occurred). Vanguard bought up 2.35% (over 10 million shares) in RBL Bank, 0.51% (over 5 million shares) in Castrol India, 1.3% (4 million shares) in DCB Bank, 0.55% (2.3 million shares) in VGuard, 0.66% in Bata India, and five other companies. Vanguard also sold off 0.56% (over 14.7 million shares) in Unitech.
