Declining profits and margins at OnMobile have compelled the company to rejig its corporate structure, with individual P&L responsibiity in their respective markets for market leads.
The new CEO of the company, existing Chairman Francois Charles Sirois, takes over from Rajiv Pancholy, while Sanjay Bhambhri and Igancio Velasco will be taking over the Asia, Middle East & Africa, and the Europe/Americas markets respectively. OnMobile's margins have taken a sharp hit over FY17, with operating margins declining from 16.3% to 4.42% YoY, in the most recent December quarter.
