Consumer Electronics company MIRC Electronics announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Financial Highlights: Total Income: For FY26, total income was Rs 14,871 lakh, compared to Rs 21,549 lakh in Q3FY26 (QoQ decrease of 30.99%) and Rs 20,457 lakh in Q4FY25 (YoY decrease of 27.31%). For FY26, total income was Rs 67,083 lakh, compared to Rs 75,742 lakh in FY25. Loss After Tax: For FY26, the company reported a loss after tax of Rs 4,736 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 1,311 lakh in Q3FY26 and a profit of Rs 118 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For FY26, the total loss after tax was Rs 7,474 lakh, compared to a loss of Rs 230 lakh in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and Diluted EPS (after exceptional items) For FY26, was Rs (1.28), compared to Rs (0.36) in Q3FY26 and Rs 0.05 in Q4FY25. Business Highlights: Key Financial and Operational Developments: The company undertook a restructuring and business transformation exercise, including the rationalization of operations and asset optimization.
