Open offer for equity shares by Sharp India results in acquisition of just 13,120 shares: Sharp India had made an open offer for the acquisition of upto 6,486,000 fully paid-up equity shares from public shareholders. This constituted 25% of the fully diluted share capital of the company.
The offer had closed on December 9, and at the offer price of Rs. 55.93, just 13,120 shares - 0.05% of share capital - were tendered as against the proposed acquisition of 6,486,000 shares.
