Further with reference to our letter dated 03.05.2022, we hereby also inform that the Management and Institutional Investor M/s Aequitas interacted today physically in our head office located at A-22, Phase-II, Noida - 201305. No unpublished price sensitive information were shared / discussed in the above meetings with the investors. Kindly take the same on record.
