NESTLE INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting: Further to our letter dated PKR:SG:JK: 100:24 dated 20th December 2024, intimating that the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on Friday, 31st January 2025. At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any.
