In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby submit the copies of the extracts of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2023, published on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in the following newspapers, as per the requirements of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations: Hindustan Times - English Pudhari - Marathi It may be noted that the aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results, had been considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on February 14, 2024 and were submitted to the Stock Exchanges on the same day.
