To recommend dividend (if any) for the financial year 2024-2025. 3. To appoint Secretarial Auditor of the company from the financial year 2025-2026 to 2029-2030. 4. To appoint Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2025-2026. 5. To consider and approve the redemption of unlisted 1,00,000 6% Non-Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each out of the available Profits/ Reserves of the Company; 6. To approve transfer of an amount equal to the nominal value of shares to be redeemed to the Capital Redemption Reserve; 7.
