Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, July 23, 2025 inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025 and took on record Limited Review Report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations (copy of the same is enclosed herewith.) Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company will open from July 26, 2025 for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
