The Board of Directors of the Bank had amended the Policy for Monitoring of Insider Trading inter alia the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair disclosure Unpublished Price Sensitive Information formulated in terms of Regulation 8 of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, in the Board meeting held on Monday, February 10, 2025.
