Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2025.
