This is further to our letter dated 21st January, 2025 on the captioned subject, wherein we had informed about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company: 1. Retirement of Mr. Pradip P. Shah as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from the close of business on 29th January, 2025. 2. Appointment of Mr. Bhaskar Bhat, an Independent Director of our Company, as the Chairman of the Company with effect from 30th January, 2025. A revised list of Board of Directors of the Company as on 30th January, 2025 is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
