Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020, along with Limited Review Report duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. Re-appointment of Mr. Vishal P Mehta (DIN-02690946) as Executive Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 1st April, 2021 to 31st March, 2024, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
