The Company had received no objection letter from ROC, CRC, MCA on June 25, 2025, for the availability of the changed name HandsOn Global Management (HGM) Limited from the existing name HOV Services Limited. Accordingly the Board vide its resolutions by Circulation passed on June 30, 2025 had approved to seek shareholders approval through postal ballot. The notice of postal ballot will be sent in due course to the shareholders of the Company.
