Consequent to retirement of Mr. Keki Elavia, Independent Director, with effect from close of business hours of July 18, 2024 , the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. July 18, 2024, recommended the appointment of Mr. Subodh Nadkarni, Independent Director, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
