Ashoka Concessions Limited, a material subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon Limited has with effect from November 26, 2025, inter-alia, sold its entire share capital held in the SPVs to Maple Infrastructure Trust and its Nominees, pursuant to the share purchase agreement and other transaction documents.
