We wish to update that the Company has received necessary approval under Competition Act, 2002 on July 8, 2025 for transactions (i.e combination) contemplated under below agreements: 1. SSA Agreement between the Company and UBS AG 2. BTA between 360 One Distribution Services Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited and UBS AG 3. BTA between 360 One Portfolio Managers Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited and UBS AG 4. Transfer and Assignment Agreement between 360 One Prime Limited, UBS Finance India Private Limited and UBS AG.
