Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulation 2015, we hereby inform that Health City Cayman Islands Ltd (HCCI), a wholly owned overseas subsidiary of the Company has infused amount by way of subscription of equity shares in Cayman Integrated Healthcare Ltd, a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of HCCI and a step down subsidiary of the Company.
