This is in continuation of our letter dated September 14, 2024 wherein we have informed that Nureca Limited has entered into a Distribution Agreement, making its products available on a leading quick commerce platform in India. We are pleased to inform due to additional orders received from Distributors, it is now anticipated that sales may exceed the materiality threshold in the current quarter itself.
