In continuation of our intimation dated February 07, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the Listing Regulations read with Schedule III (Part A) of the Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, February 13, 2025 have inter alia approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, a copy of the said Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report issued by Hasmukh Shah & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors, are enclosed herewith.
