Winpro Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023 or any other items with the permission of the Chair. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from , 1st January, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the said results.
