In terms of Regulation of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (Insider Trading Code), the "Trading window" for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st January, 2022 until 2 trading days after the public announcement of, inter-alia, the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December, 2021.
