GTT Data Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/03/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve to consider, evaluate and if deem fit to approve the proposal for issuance of equity shares and/or issuance of other securities/warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company to the identified persons through permissible modes including as preferential allotment, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended subject to requisite consent/approvals as applicable.
