With respect to the captioned matter, this is to confirm that the Trust has issued a public announcement dated February 18, 2022 (the 'Public Announcement') and published on February 19, 2022, disclosing the fact that dispatch of the Letter of Offer dated February 18, 2022 ('LOF'), Abridged Letter of Offer, Rights Entitlement Letter, and Application Form has been completed in electronic form through e-mail and/or physically through speed/registered post on February 18, 2022 by the Registrar to the Issue. The Public Announcement was published in the following newspapers- (i) The Financial Express, English national daily, all published editions; (ii) Jansatta, Hindi national daily, all published editions; and (iii) Navshakti, a Marathi regional daily (Marathi being the regional language of Maharashtra, where the Principal Place of Business of Trust is located), Mumbai edition.
