Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the 37th Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-2025 along with Notice of 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 03rd September, 2025 at 01.00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). Further, in compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Company is offering facility of remote e-voting and e-voting facility during the AGM to all the shareholders of the Company in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 37th AGM. For this purpose, the Company has engaged Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. as its Authorised Agency.
