Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 30th September 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2022 to Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive) for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company''s Code of Conduct. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
