In continuation to our letter dated 26th June, 2024 regarding intimation of Closure of Trading Window, the trading window for dealing in securities by designated persons is closed from 01.07.2024 and shall remain closed till 15.08.2024 i.e., 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024, as approved at Board Meeting dated 13.08.2024, intimation whereof given on 02.08.2024.
