This is to inform that the Company has received intimations on March 28, 2023 & March 29, 2023, from Company''s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent i.e. M/s Beetal Financial and Computer Services (P) Ltd. regarding loss of shares Certificates from existing shareholders of the Company namely Mr.Kanjibhai Molia (Folio No. 0033226) and Mr. Mansukh Molia (Folio No. 0033049). As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ''Letter of Confirmation'' to said shareholders after compliance of relevant provisions and formalities.
