Fire at registered office building premises
Divine Multimedia (India) Ltd has informed BSE that due to fire at Silver Rock building on March 06, 2015, where the registered office of the Company is situated, the office of the Company will be closed for 10 days for removal of debris caused by fire and for the restoration of the premises for basic functionality.There is no harm caused to any of the employee of the Company, however some assets and records of the Company are damaged / burned due to the fire.
