Divine Multimedia (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider:- The Audited financial results of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2015.Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors and designated employees with effect from May 22, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive)...
