RISHI TECHTEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 8th November 2022, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022, and such other items that forms part of the Agenda of the Meeting and any other matter that would be considered with the permission of the Chair. Please note that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01st October, 2022 and shall remain closed upto 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results of the Company i.e. upto 10th November, 2022.
