Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022; 2. Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/-per equity share (40%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-2023, and that the record date for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible for receipt of the interim dividend will be Friday, February 03, 2023. The dividend will be paid on or after Wednesday, February 08, 2023.
