Pursuant to SEBI Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from December 27, 2024 and it will remain closed till 48 hours after the declarations of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter end nine months ending 31st December 2024.
