We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. on Monday, 10 November 2025, has inter alia, considered and approved the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
