To Approve and consider the Notice, cut-off date and other matter relating to Postal ballot / Shareholder's meeting of the company.In view of the same and pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) has been closed from April 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial results of the Company for Quarter and Year ending on March 31, 2021.
